Position: Personal and Commercial Lines Account Manager
Pay: $60,000 to $75,000 Salary
Pay type: Exempt
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Schedule: In Office
Location: Danvers MA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal and commercial lines accounts, maintaining strong client relationships through consistent, responsive service
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, service requests, and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Review client exposures and existing policies to ensure appropriate coverage while handling frequent policy updates and changes
- Partner with producers to support new business activity, including quoting, binding, and onboarding of new accounts
- Provide timely, accurate day-to-day service, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service standards
- Maintain carrier turnaround times and follow up on policies, endorsements, and claims to ensure efficient processing
- Perform regular account reviews with a focus on retention, coverage accuracy, and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
- Must have an active P and C License
- Proficient in the use of Windows programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
