Personal Aide

About the role

This is a mobile Personal Aide position, meaning you’ll travel to multiple client homes within our service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship
• Aid with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Run errands and provide transportation when needed
• Build meaningful connections with clients and families

Requirements

• 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willingness to travel within our service area
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to pass background check
• CNA/HHA certification is a plus (but not required)
