Personal Aide

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, dependable personal aides who want to make a real impact every day. This role involves providing non-medical in-home care and companionship, assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, working independently, and helping others stay safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Run errands and provide transportation when needed
• Build meaningful connections with clients and families

Requirements

• 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willingness to travel within our service area
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to pass background check
• CNA/HHA certification is a plus (but not required)

Pay & Benefits

• $18-$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit
