Permitting Lead

Jacobs · Holladay, UT · 1 mo ago
OTHR$125k–$150k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today..." That's about company mission, maybe "About the role"? Actually "Your impact" then description of Environmental team. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

under About the role. Then "In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor..." That's responsibilities. Then location info: "This position can be based in Denver, Colorado; Wyoming; Salt Lake City, Utah; or within a three-hour drive of Cheyenne, Wyoming, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement." That's schedule? Actually location and work arrangement. Could be Schedule? Not exactly schedule; maybe "Schedule" is for work hours, but we have hybrid arrangement. Could treat as Schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does mention hybrid work arrangement, but not specific schedule like full-time, part-time. Might still be considered schedule? Safer to not include Schedule unless explicit like "full-time", "part-time", "40 hours/week". We'll omit Schedule. Then "What You'll Do As a Permitting Lead, you will ..." That's responsibilities list. Then bullet list of responsibilities after "Key Responsibilities". Those are responsibilities. Then "Why Jacobs" maybe about company culture, could be About the role? Could be separate section like "About Jacobs"? Not in allowed headings. We could put under About the role or maybe Benefits? Not exactly. Probably we can incorporate into About the role as description of why join. Then "Here's what you'll need" then list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree..., Minimum 10 years..., etc. That's Requirements/Qualifications. Then "Ideally, you'll also have..." more qualifications. Then "Our health and welfare benefits..." that's Benefits. Then "The base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 to $150,000.00." That's Pay. Then EEO etc remove. Also mention "Job posted on September 14, 2026. This position will be open for at least 3 days." That's metadata, can be short p or drop. We'll put in a short p maybe under a generic paragraph? Not a heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags. We need headings

for each section we include. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We must not emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We need to decide which sections to include. Potential sections: - About the role: includes company mission, impact, location/hybrid? maybe location separate? But location could be under About the role as prose. - Responsibilities: includes "What You'll Do" bullet list and Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: includes education, minimum experience, location residency requirement? Actually residency requirement is a requirement: "Must reside in Denver, Colorado; Wyoming; Salt Lake City, Utah; or within a three-hour drive of Cheyenne, Wyoming." That's a requirement. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content. We could separate: Requirements = mandatory (education, years experience, residency). Qualifications = preferred/ideal qualifications (10-20+ years, Wyoming experience, energy industry, proposal experience, staff management, expert witness, etc.) - Skills: maybe we could extract skill items like "Strong understanding of environmental regulations...", "Excellent technical writing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.", "Ability to build strong working relationships...", "Strong public speaking and presentation skills.", "Experience leading stakeholder outreach...". Those could be skills. - Benefits: health and welfare benefits description. - Pay: base salary range. - Schedule: we have hybrid work arrangement mention; could be considered schedule? Might be okay to include Schedule with hybrid arrangement. But the instruction says include only if posting actually states them. It does state hybrid work arrangement. So we can include Schedule with that detail. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract all substantive sentences. Company mission paragraph: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good." Schedule/hybrid: "We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work." Also earlier: "with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement." So schedule/hybrid. We also have: "We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery." That's maybe culture but not needed. We also have: "Your application experience is important to us, and we’re keen to adapt to make every interaction even better. If you require further support or reasonable adjustments with regards to the recruitment process (for example, you require the application form in a different format), please contact the team via Careers Support." That's application instructions, should be removed. Also "Job posted on September 14, 2026. This position will be open for at least 3 days." That's metadata, we can drop or put in a short p maybe not under heading. Probably drop as it's not substantive to role. Now we need to decide sections. We'll include:

    About the role

with paragraphs covering mission, impact, location/hybrid? Actually location/hybrid maybe better under Schedule. But we could put location under About the role as prose. Hybrid arrangement maybe under Schedule. Let's put About the role: mission paragraph + impact paragraph (Your impact...). That's substantive. Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • list combining What You'll Do and Key Responsibilities. Ensure we don't duplicate. We'll combine all duties. Then

      Requirements

      with
      • list of mandatory items: Bachelor's degree, Minimum 10 years experience,
