About the role
As a Permanent Staff X-Ray Tech in Excelsior Springs, MO, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using various types of radiographic equipment. You will work in a critical access facility with 25 beds.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various types of radiographic equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current state license as a Radiologic Technologist
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer systems and software
