About the role

Responsible for providing respiratory and neuro diagnostic services under the supervision of a physician. Duties include performing diagnostic tests, analyzing results, and communicating findings to patients and healthcare providers. Must have a valid state license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, and electrocardiograms.
• Analyze test results and prepare reports for physicians.
• Communicate patient findings and treatment plans to patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Valid state license to practice as an RRT.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
