As a Permanent Staff PT at an Acute Care Hospital in Clewiston, FL, you will be working in a Critical Access facility with 25 beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients as part of their treatment plan.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately using the ER: E Power Doc system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• At least years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.
