About the Role

As a Permanent Staff Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiac sonographic procedures. You will work closely with cardiologists and other medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac sonographic procedures
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other medical staff to interpret results and provide recommendations
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures related to patient care and infection control

Requirements

• Current certification in Echocardiography from an accredited organization
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in cardiology or echocardiography

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
