Permanent Pediatrician – Lewis County Health System
About the role
Delphi Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent position at Lewis County Health System. This role supports a retiring FP physician’s practice and offers the chance to help build a new pediatric office while supporting inpatient and newborn care. The community offers a welcoming rural lifestyle with excellent schools and easy access to Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, and Utica.
Pay
Base salary: $340,000 (full‑time permanent outpatient & inpatient call practice). Start bonus: $25,000 paid in the first paycheck. RVU productivity bonus: paid quarterly, >50% of MGMA.
Schedule
Call coverage: average 10 days per month (with 3 providers). Level 1 Newborn Nursery handles fewer than 180 deliveries per year. Inpatient pediatric admissions: fewer than 50 per year.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician
- Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
