About the Role
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient setting, where you will help patients recover from injuries or illnesses by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functionality during their hospital stays.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their recovery goals.
- Create therapy programs focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and pain management during hospitalization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are implemented effectively.
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques that support continued recovery after discharge from the hospital.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
Work Environment
The role is based in hospital inpatient units, where you will assist patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation support.
