Permanent Allied-Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment details in EMRs.
• Educate patients and families on home programs to support recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with EMR documentation.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven, tech-forward environment.
