Permanency Coordinator

At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a PRN Permanency Coordinator to join our team in Clearfield County, PA and surrounding areas, working through the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) to deliver units of service including Child Profile, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, Family Profile, Placement, Finalization, and Post Permanency Services (Assessment, Advocacy/Case Management, Respite, Support Group) in an effort to support permanency for children.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned SWAN units of service according to established benchmarks and timeframes to promote timely permanency.
• Travel and work some evening hours as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of experience working in child welfare or a closely related field.
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and use of a personal automobile required.

Pay

$20/hour.
