About the role
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a full-time position at a skilled nursing facility in Laconia, NH.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in the Vent unit.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizer therapy, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of NH.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
