Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical customers across Perioperative portfolio providing clinical expertise.
- Aid the sales professionals in choosing appropriate cases for evaluations, and then coach clinicians throughout the case while advocating for Masimo technology.
- Conduct clinical needs assessments, implement, and evaluate product conversions and support follow-up activities of in-servicing and troubleshooting.
- Identify and communicate customer insights toward the development of marketing programs, tools, and strategic plans in conjunction with the sales professionals.
- Maintain and grow knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, enhanced recovery and goal-directed fluid therapy trends and competitive threats through active participation in relevant associations.
- Stay abreast of updated standards, recommendations, and guidelines by influential associations.
- Utilize evidence-based research to support clinical practice recommendations to customers.
- Provide timely and efficient completion of tasks including expense reports, internal and external communication, conferences etc., market intelligence, internal market surveys, communicating competitor intelligence, logging and documenting reports and customer contact information to applicable CRM tool.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Experience within critical care.
- Demonstrates strong critical care knowledge.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to utilize evidence and best practices to influence and drive clinical outcomes.
- Ability to work well in a team environment or to work independently.
- Innovative and solutions-oriented.
- Computer literacy and expertise in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid full driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must be able to travel 70 - 80%.
Benefits
- Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000- $90,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
- Variable compensation up to $115,000 at 100% of annual objectives.
