Perioperative Nurse

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Perioperative Program across various surgical units, including Operating Rooms, Pediatric OR, and specialized centers. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care across all age groups, ensuring safety and adherence to policiesCollaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plansAssisting with tests, procedures, and medication administration, including IV therapiesParticipating in orientation, training, and mentoring new staff, with leadership roles during shiftsMaintaining comprehensive medical records and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environmentResponding to emergencies and promoting patient safety through proactive measuresEngaging in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or reciprocal agreementCPR/BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days if not already held)Completion of IV verification within six monthsBilingual skills and specialty certifications are preferred Work environment: Fast-paced, requiring flexibility, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation.
