About the role

The successful candidate will join ProSmile, a rapidly expanding dental organization with a strong focus on providing top-tier care and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care.
• Opportunities to treat a socioeconomically diverse patient population as we highly value access to care and accept most Dental insurances.
• PRACTICING AT A COMFORTABLE PACE WHILE LEARNING TO WORK EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY WITH A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE THAT ALLOWS 8 HR. AND 10 HR. SHIFTS WITH WEEKDAY/WEEKEND/EVENING CYCLES.
• OPPORTUNITIES FOR IN-HOUSE CONTINUING EDUCATION.
• The ability to be trained on Laser Dental/Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Clear Aligners, and more.

• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when needed.

• Work with office staff in managing patient appointments and schedules to achieve productivity goals.
• Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, Dentists, office managers, and other staff members is imperative.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD licensed and currently in New Jersey.
• Periodontist Specialty license.
