Perinatal Sonographer - Prenatal Diagnosis Center; 0.6 FTE; Day Shift

About the role

To perform low risk and high-risk diagnostic sonographic exams and assist in direct patient care within the structure of the Center for Perinatal Care and established departmental guidelines and protocols. The Perinatal Sonographer is a member of a multidisciplinary team and will have interest and expertise in obstetric ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality images
• Recognizes normal and abnormal pathology
• Provides summary findings to the Maternal Fetal Medicine Physicians

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited diagnostic medical sonography program
• Minimum one year of scanning ultrasound experience
• Certified as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in OBGYN

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of fetal anatomy and physiology in all stages of development including normal and abnormal findings

Pay

$37.82+ per hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday: Hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
