Perfusionist - Per Diem

About the role

Responsibilities

• Supports 1 in 8 heart surgeries in the country
• Allocates funds for continuing education, conferences, and dues for professional associations
• Encourages full-time Perfusionists to attend conferences and be active in state perfusion societies

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program, minimum required
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meet other Company requirements as a perfusionist
• Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital

• Proven self-starter who works well independently and as part of the OR team
