Responsibilities

  • Develop Automated Performance Test Scripts: Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and other relevant tools.
  • Simulate real-world user behavior and analyze system response times under varying loads.
  • Execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
  • Use tools to monitor infrastructure, database, and application performance.
  • Identify system bottlenecks and analyze key metrics like TPS, Hits/sec, CPU utilization, and memory leaks.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and present findings to the performance test lead.
  • Assist in developing scalable automation solutions for ongoing performance testing needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance engineering and automated testing.
  • Strong experience in LoadRunner (Controller, VuGen, Performance Center) and API performance testing.
  • Expertise in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SiteScope, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in database performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of Web, Citrix, Click & Script, SOAP, RTE, and SAPGUI protocols for performance testing.
  • Experience in Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to articulate technical findings and collaborate across teams.
  • Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Must have: Hands-on experience with LoadRunner/JMeter.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to Selenium.
