Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive and strategic performance marketing plan to drive qualified lead growth and attributable revenue growth.
  • Oversee and optimize email marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing campaigns to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and website optimization, to enhance online visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation platforms to maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with national and regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Enhance performance marketing data analytics, dashboards, and reporting to understand conversion of marketing campaigns to leads, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Competencies

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing and B2B strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing performance marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation platforms, leveraging them for efficient marketing operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Previous experience in the restoration or construction industry is a significant advantage.

Location and Travel

  • Remote, west coast preferred.
  • Must be available to work weekends and evenings when required to support weather events/natural disaster response programs.
  • Travel approx. 10% of the time.
