About the role
The Performance Management Team (PMT) Analyst/Administrative Support plays a crucial role in supporting the PMT team. This includes managing performance data, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain performance data for assigned employees
- Support the scheduling and facilitation of performance reviews and meetings
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to performance management
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the PMT team
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management and filing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in performance management or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and performance management software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
