Performance Instructor - Wknd Nights

Requirements

• Required to work a set schedule that may be changed or modified by management based on facility needs
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, night, or weekend shifts depending on assigned shift
• Overtime as required by facility needs
• Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with associated physical and environmental conditions
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Experience training others
• Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck)
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Demonstrated track record of consistent and reliable on-the-job contribution
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision or with a team
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certified as industrial powered equipment trainer
• Leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility
• Experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience
• Experience troubleshooting warehouse management system issues
• Experience performing detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment
• Experience using spatial reasoning to position product effectively
• Bi-lingual skills helpful, if applicable to the facility

Set schedule subject to change by management based on facility needs. Requires availability for morning, afternoon, night, or weekend shifts depending on assignment, plus overtime as needed.
