Performance Coach
About the role
Life doesn't run on schedule, and neither does fitness. Join Rova Health as a Performance Coach and help people find their rhythm, whatever their day throws at them. As a Performance Coach, you'll be central to Rova Health's mission to make a genuine, healthy difference in our members' lives. You'll deliver 5-star gym floor service, from inductions and health assessments to programmes built around real, unpredictable lives. You'll also bring energy to a variety of studio and gym floor classes. You'll be a visible, supportive presence on the gym floor, engaging members and guests and helping them stay on track. Working alongside the reception team, you'll help create a space where people feel welcome, motivated, and understood, no matter where they're starting from.
Progress isn't a straight line. Neither is a good workout.
