Partner with business stakeholders to understand information needs, identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, and translate data into actionable insights. Design, develop, implement, and sustain reporting, dashboards, automated processes, and data integrations that improve decision making, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Serve as a trusted analytical consultant by building strong relationships, providing technical expertise, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging analytical capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate insight generation, enhance reporting processes, and identify opportunities to deliver greater business value.
• Evaluate and implement AI enabled solutions that support operational efficiency, decision making, and continuous improvement.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting, dashboards, data integrations, and automated business solutions.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify requirements, develop recommendations, and deliver solutions that support operational and strategic goals.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analytics solutions using enterprise data sources. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports, dashboards, and business processes while supporting operational and leadership information needs.
• Design and sustain automated workflows, data pipelines, and business processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support scalable business operations.
