Per Diem Virtual Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Per Diem Virtual Therapist to provide remote behavioral health services with a focus on improving behavioral health outcomes and supporting diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, measurement-informed care remotely
• Monitor patient progress, document sessions, and provide follow-up care
• Participate in team meetings, assist with resource access, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Respond to high-risk situations following established procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Active, unrestricted license in Nebraska as an LIMHP or LMHPA
• Availability of 10 to 19 hours weekly

Skills

• Ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Flexibility, independence, and strong computer literacy
• Experience providing virtual care and working collaboratively
