Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients and their families
• Implement programs that promote social and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive service plans

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for social services and community improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)
