Per Diem Speech Pathologist - Pediatrics

About the role

The Speech Pathologist will provide speech therapy services to patients at Children’s Specialized Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using clinical software and documentation systems

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
