About the Role
Join our team as a Per Diem Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. Work within an Ambulatory Care Practice Model, providing clinical support to staff members and assisting with the management of a caseload of ambulatory neurology medical oncology patients. Perform outpatient assessments and offer patient and family education as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to staff members in an ambulatory care setting.
- Manage a caseload of ambulatory neurology medical oncology patients.
- Perform outpatient assessments and deliver patient and family education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required).
- Active New York State RN license.
- BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience.
- Experience with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Neurology and/or ambulatory care experience strongly preferred.

Schedule
Per diem 10-hour shifts flexed Monday – Friday, 8AM–6PM.
Pay
$18.00 - $170.00 per hour. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
