Per Diem RN Clinical Educator

Role: RN Clinical Educator specializing in training healthcare professionals on infusion pump systems used in Oncology and Critical Care units. Responsibilities: Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses and physicians, support medical device implementation, assess educational needs, and deliver customized training. Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions, address concerns, and provide feedback to clients.Focus: Primarily in-servicing and education without sales or bedside care duties.Travel: Per-diem role with regional and national travel, averaging two assignments per month, each lasting 3-5 days, requiring flexibility. Qualifications: Active RN license (Associates required, Bachelor's preferred), at least 2 years of oncology experience preferred, and comfort with basic software programs. Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory. Skills: Strong clinical nursing background, excellent communication, adaptability for travel, and eagerness to expand clinical education skills.
