Help assess patients and facilitate appropriate care in the form of diagnostic modalities, pulmonary disease prevention, and application of invasive and noninvasive therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and facilitate appropriate care in the form of diagnostic modalities, pulmonary disease prevention, and application of invasive and noninvasive therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, family members, nurses, respiratory care staff, MLH employees across departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Graduate of a CoARC accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.
• Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of CEU requirement in accordance with licensure standards.
• Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
• PA state licensure or temporary permit required.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Qualifications
