Per Diem Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem hospital assignments in the Hampton Roads area. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in acute care settings, including ICU, Telemetry, and Emergency units.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patients
• Administering medications and treatments
• Managing cardiac rhythms
• Collaborating with healthcare teams
• Maintaining accurate records
• Educating patients and families

Requirements

• Hold an active Virginia RN license with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in relevant specialties
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Current TB testing and COVID-19 vaccination

Qualifications

Applicants must have a strong background in nursing and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in critical care settings is preferred but not required.
