Per Diem - Registerd Nurse Med Surg/ Tele- Charleston $45 p/h

Requirements

• 2 years of MS experience
• Active license
• Current BLS, ACLS
• Epic Experience Required
• 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
• Epic Experience required
• Floating will be required
• Preferred Experience: Previous Charge Experience, Teaching Hospital Experience, Trauma Level 1 and 2

• Telemetry - remote monitoring
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• IV insulin protocols
• Bowel obstruction
• Colostomy/ileostomy management/care
• Feeding tube care and management
• Blood Product Administration
• Peripheral Line Care/Management

• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Surgical drains
• Nasal Cannula

• Oxygen tanks
• Tracheostomy care/management
• Isolation Precautions/PPE

Shift Details

• 12 hours shifts
• 0700-1930

Orientation

1 - 8 hour general orientation to be scheduled on Mondays. This will cover general hospital policies, receive badge, obtain system access, and review unit layout.

• Unit accepts 1st time travelers
• Separation Period: 6 months minimum
• 4 shifts per month
