Per Diem Radiology Program Associate

About the role
We are seeking a highly dedicated Radiology Physician Assistant (RPA) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as liaison between referring physicians and our Radiologists, supporting critical results, findings, and instructions. Triage calls exercising keen judgment and sound decision-making skills and participate in performance improvement efforts to optimize workflow and streamline processes. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Two years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare or hospital setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn hospital and radiology information systems
- On-site presence required; must live within a commutable distance to NYP
Schedule
This position is a per-diem role with varying hours. Schedule will be made on a monthly basis based on the needs of the department and employee availability.
Pay
Salary Range: $32.00/hour
