Per Diem Radiologic Technologist (RT)

About the Role

Primary Vascular Care is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (RT) to assist with image-guided vascular procedures on a per diem basis. This position is ideal for RTs with experience in interventional radiology, vascular procedures, cath lab, pain management, orthopedic surgery, or other C-arm based procedural settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, daytime hours, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced vascular team performing advanced minimally invasive procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment during vascular procedures
• Assist physicians during angiograms, angioplasty, atherectomy, and related interventions
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards
• Prepare and position patients for procedures
• Verify equipment setup and imaging quality prior to cases
• Maintain sterile technique and support procedural workflow
• Complete required procedural documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care

Requirements

• ARRT Certification required
• Ohio Radiologic Technologist License required
• BLS Certification required
• Experience operating C-arm fluoroscopy required
• Experience in vascular, interventional radiology, cath lab, pain management, orthopedic, or surgical imaging preferred
• Strong understanding of radiation safety practices
• Ability to work independently in a procedural environment
