• Obtain patient Respirations
• Obtain pulse (radial)
• Reporting change in patient condition
• Sequential Compression Device
• Stock Supplies
• Call lights
• Cleaning of equipment
• Crutches
• Hospital beds/Specialty Beds
• Inventory/disposition of belongings
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Lifting and pulling proper body mechanics
• Measure/record weight
• Normal Vital signs parameters (Adult and Pedi)
• Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG
• Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic
• Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic)
• Oxygen tanks
• Pulse Oximetry
• Safe patient transfers
• Turning /repositioning
• Turning and positioning patient
• Urine output measures and records
• Wheelchair
