About the role

Provides nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s health status and develops a plan of care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensures patient comfort and safety.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
