About the role
Greenstaff Medical US-Per Diem is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a per diem / prn nursing job in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in Med Surg / Telemetry units.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
