Per Diem Primary Care Physician

About the role

The role involves seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office and occasionally through telehealth, collaborating with in-office teammates, and performing in-office procedures. The position requires a state license in New Hampshire and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Requirements

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in New Hampshire, obtained before your One Medical start date

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $175.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits. Schedule

This is an hourly role based in Hanover, New Hampshire at an onsite clinic at Dartmouth.
