About the role
Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric pharmacist to cover or provide overlap for the current pharmacy manager. The role involves managing pharmacy operations and relationships with health center clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
- Manage staff pharmacist and technicians, addressing knowledge gaps through education and training.
- Oversee pharmacy operations including:
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacy Professional Practice
- Regulatory Requirements
- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Personnel Management
- Inventory Management
- Financial Profitability
- Loss Prevention
- Workflow Management
- Stay current with HIPAA and fraud, waste, and abuse credentialing.
- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Ensure awareness and compliance with local facility policies.
Qualifications
- Required: Licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations.
- Preferred: Previous retail pharmacy experience, 340b knowledge, 3 years related pharmacy experience, excellent communication and patient service skills.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Variety of hours available, including MTW 8:30AM -5:00PM, Th 8:00AM-6:30PM, F 8:00AM-2:00PM. Closed for lunch 12:30-1:00PM, Monday-Thursday. No major holidays, no weekends.
