Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role Overview

Seeking a per diem, hourly clinician to provide primary care services in-office and virtually. Responsibilities include managing a diverse patient caseload with acute, chronic, and wellness visits, utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures, and collaborating with in-person and virtual teams.

Key Duties

• Conducting patient visits, including telehealth and in-office care
• Applying evidence-based clinical skills in primary care
• Communicating effectively with patients of varied backgrounds
• Participating in team huddles and collaborative care efforts
• Utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care
• Performing in-office procedures as needed
• Adapting to diverse patient needs and clinical situations

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience
• Licensed in MA by the start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care and teamwork
• Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical proficiency
• Openness to feedback and confident handling of uncertain situations
