About the role
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for ICU and Telemetry roles in Halifax, VA.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, safe care in acute hospital settings
- Assessing and monitoring patients
- Administering medications and IV therapies
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and equipment
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate electronic records
- Educating patients and families
- Adhering to safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on specific assignments
