Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
- Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
- Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas
- Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor
- Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas
Requirements
One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferred
Skills
- Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as required
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required

Pay
$16.50-17.50 per hour – based on experience
