About the role
We are seeking a per diem/on‑call RN Nurse Clinician to provide holistic hospice care to pediatric and adult patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and revise personalized Care Plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to anticipate changes, prevent crises, and enhance quality of life.
- Promote patient and family choice and ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Washington RN license upon hire.
- Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Experience
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, including pediatric nursing for Pediatric Program roles.
- Experience in hospice, homecare, long‑term care, medical/surgical, or oncology settings.
