About the role
Sugar Hill Assisted Living, situated on 19 acres of beautiful land on the historic Crane family property in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team on a Per-Diem basis. We welcome candidates with experience, or an open mind and heart—we'll train you! As the historic Crane mansion was converted to today's use, all gorgeous design and architectural elements have been painstakingly preserved for the enjoyment of our employees, residents, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to facility residents.
- Assist residents with their ADLs and provide total care where needed.
- Maintain safety of residents.
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and they are treated in a dignified manner.
