Per Diem Float Pharmacist - Community
Primary Responsibilities
- Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
- Provides information to customers about medications and their use
- Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
- Safeguards compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
- Administers immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
- Performs any other usual and customary pharmacy duties
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Current pharmacist license in state of Tennessee
- Certified immunizer or willing to obtain certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain certification
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

- Pharmacist experience

Hourly Pay Range
The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment.
About the Role
We are seeking a Per Diem Float Pharmacist to support Genoa Healthcare pharmacy locations in the Chattanooga, TN area and surrounding communities. This role involves ensuring individuals receiving behavioral health and specialty care have consistent, reliable access to their medications.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Current pharmacist license in state of Tennessee
- Certified immunizer or willing to obtain certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain certification
