Per Diem Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the role

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting in Concord NH.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily activities, including household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness activities.
• Represent the needs, wants, and interest of individuals served or supported by the program, and provide input on program planning and implementation for individuals.
• Assist individuals with transportation to community activities, helping them build valuable life skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license and auto insurance required, with at least 3 years of driving experience. Access to reliable transportation is required, and some positions may require the use of a personal vehicle to transport supported individuals, depending on program needs.

Pay

$18.00-$19.20 per hour, based on education and experience
