About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a regional heart and vascular program.
Responsibilities
- Perform over 100 cardiac and thoracic cases annually.
- Provide shared onsite call coverage.
- Potentially supervise NP/PAs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to grow the cardiac program and support the STEMI program.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a cardiothoracic surgeon.
- Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery.
Skills
- Strong surgical expertise.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Experience with EP cardiology or TAVR procedures is a plus.

Pay
Flat‑rate compensation up to $4,900 per 24‑hour shift, with potential for additional earnings based on services, call volume, and productivity.
