Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building systems, equipment, and appliances
- Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware
- Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and air handling systems
- Install and work with plumbing materials including PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper piping
- Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
- Apply general maintenance and mechanical repair practices throughout the campus
- Respond to work orders and accurately document completed work
- Help ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Support the overall comfort, safety, and functionality of our community

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Two years of maintenance, trade, mechanical, or related experience preferred (but not required)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
