Per Diem Acute Inpatient Registered Nurse - RN - Dialysis

About the role

This role is for an experienced RN Dialysis professional responsible for providing high-quality inpatient dialysis care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to therapy
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Provide patient education and respond to emergencies
• Mentor and supervise staff, including leadership duties after meeting specific criteria

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nephrology nursing experience
• Dialysis experience preferred

• Lifting and prolonged standing
• Work environments characteristic of healthcare facilities
