A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on improving operating results at portfolio companies. The Senior Associate role targets high growth in the next 2-4 years, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement and building leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify key client business issues and assist with innovative approaches to address them.
- Evaluate and validate analysis to develop recommendations for the client.
- Assist with various workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO) such as synergies, TSAs, blueprinting, day 1 readiness, executive reporting, integration roadmap, communications, organizational design, day 1 and day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement.
- Drive performance improvement assessments across an enterprise and implement recommendations.
- Track progress against day 1 and day 100 objectives and adjust integration strategies or personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
- Experience in integration planning and divestitures is preferred but not required.
- Deep functional expertise in finance & accounting operations, HR/Organizational design, leadership and stakeholder involvement, communications planning and management, knowledge management and transfer.
- Success in planning and driving revenue and profitability growth initiatives, operationally.
- Program management and leadership experience.
- Specific experience designing and leading the execution of change/communications strategies.
- MBA preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Initiative and drive.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to travel at least 75% of time.
